Once your payment has been received, we will begin filling your order. See below for current processing times.

Due to COVID-19 supplies are sometimes short and may delay orders.

 

SHIPPING

We care about our customers and want all orders to reach their destinations in a safe and timely manner.

All orders within the US ship for FREE.

If you have any questions or requirements for shipping, please message us prior to submitting your order.

Currently, we ship via USPS only. Domestic packages under 1lb are shipped via First Class Mail (3-5 days) by default, and we use Priority Mail (2-3 days) for larger, heavier orders.

International packages are shipped via First Class International Mail up to 4lbs, and we use Priority International Mail for larger, heavier orders. We have the option to upgrade any size order to Priority Mail and, in some cases, Priority Mail Express.

We are looking into international shipping options such as DHL, but right now USPS is the only option.

IMPORTANT: The purchase price for all items in an international order is printed on the Customs label. We cannot change this. International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, taxes/VAT fees, and additional postage fees.

We will ship items Monday – Friday barring extenuating circumstances.

We are not responsible for any postal service delays and lost packages.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within at your cost unless otherwise discussed in writing with us: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
  • Items on sale
  • Face Covers

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
